National Seminar on Civil Engineering and Environmental – July 15, 2022

On Friday, July 15, 2022, the Civil Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Computer and Design, University of Nusa Putra in collaboration with PSPII, Faculty of Engineering, Atma Jaya University, and the Association of Indonesian Construction Safety Experts held a National Seminar with the theme “Professional Improvement of Construction HR Towards the Age of Safe Construction”.
The event was guided directly by Mr. Muhammad Hidayat, M.Eng as the Moderator in this event who is a Civil Engineering Lecturer at Nusa Putra University.
This National Seminar took place very formally and solemnly with various speakers full of knowledge who distributed material to the participants who attended which included students, lecturers, academics, and experts in their fields. Mr. Asep Rusmawan Zhambo, S.T., CST., IPM brought the topic of “Optimizing the Implementation of International Standard Climbing Wall Venue Speed ​​Development in the Starling Harupat SOR Area”. Mr. Irfa Kodri, S.T., M.T., CSE., IPM delivered material on “The Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT “X” Indrajaya Prabumulih Toll Road Development Project”. Mr. Dr. Susan Kustiwan, STP., M.M., IPU discussed the theme of “Lean Manufacturing and Digitizing Order Handling Systems as Antecedents of Competitive Advantage Firm Performance”. Mrs. Ir. Yuniar Rahmiana, CSP., IPU discussed the theme of “Inconsistencies found in the Internal Audit Based on the Implementation of the Occupational Health Safety Management System (SMK3) in accordance with PP No. 50 of 2012”. And Mr. Ir. H. Ghozali, HM., CSE, M.M discussed the theme of “The Application of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Risk Management in the Development of Hotel IDEA Bandung, Case Study”.
We hope that by holding this event, we can broaden our knowledge, deepen our knowledge, and add and learn new things from things we did not know before. By holding this National Seminar, it is hoped that it will strengthen academic relations between Nusa Putra University and Atma Jaya University, as well as various other parties to jointly advance the nation and state of Indonesia.
