This course discusses the meaning and classification of road and vehicle plans; speed characteristics, road technical planning criteria, stopping visibility and ready visibility; road planning concept, horizontal alignment in road geometric planning, vertical alignment in road geometric planning, in accordance with horizontal and vertical alignment; potential for driving accidents triggered by deviations from the technical design of the road in the field, the introduction of environmental impacts due to road construction and solutions for handling them.
