This course discusses the process of project planning and control. Planning projects on Analysis and evaluation of project objectives, project expenditures, and project impacts. Discusses the stages of project planning, as well as planning documents that must be produced from each stage of the project. Provide understanding and learning about calculating bil of quantity, analysis of work unit prices, budget plans, project schedules using the Barcarth method, S curve, and Critical Path Method (CPM). Discusses quality control and data collection of project progress, as well as initial reports, progress reports, and project final reports. To be able to master all of this, students need to have technical drawing skills.
